J. Cole slowly releases new tracks every now and then and here’s his newest. With the consistency and content that he puts out, there’s no reason for hip hop heads to be sleepin’ on dude especially when his album is due out later this year.

Psyche…that’d be a asinine comparison. Their videos on the other hand can be. I know that X’s isn’t a true one take but with technology these days I don’t even know fully if J.Cole’s is either. Both videos are pretty damn fresh though, X’s standing out more just because I feel like it has a way more substance and story line than J.Cole’s which is visually stimulating but lacks a solid story backbone.

Props to the folks @ ILLROOTS.COM this is a well produced piece, super clean and informative.

J. Cole finally debuted his new music video directed by BBGUN for his single, WHO DAT. He really puts on for his hometown, having the whole video shot in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Along with the premiere, he stated that the album is almost done, being set or at least aimed for an October release.
