Dj Amen’s Freshman 10 X Oakland Tribune B.T.S
Chasen Paper, 20 June, 2010
Dj Amen’s Bay Area Freshman 2010 (a play off of XXL’s Freshman Top 10) have been garnering some buzz. It’s great recognition in my opinion. So many dope Bay Area artists make music day in and day out with out having an organization that will shine a light on their collective works. That’s what makes this past Thursday so important for Bay Area hip hop talent. The Oakland Tribune organized a photo shoot with the group for an upcoming piece. Only time will tell what comes next for this exceptional group of artists. Check it out.

Freshman 10 (standing left to right) : DaVinci, P.Child, Nio The Gift, Cousin Fik, Roach Gigz, IMSU!, Moe Green, Jay Anthony, Truth Live, DB The General.

Nio, Cousin Fik, & DaVinci

Jay Anthony about to tell you how he really feels.

Damey of the Dilligentz was low key chillin.

Check out the Oakland Tribune for it’s upcoming feature on the Freshman 2010.
